New public relations and marketing communications firm offers flexible alternative to traditional agency engagements for high tech and professional services companies.

HINGHAM, Mass. – February 12, 2002 – Tango Group LLC today announced the official launch of the company, a business communications firm dedicated to providing hands-on, senior-level public relations, marketing communications and strategic planning services to small and medium-sized businesses in the high tech and professional services industries.

Ms. Pacheco brings more than a dozen years of public relations and marketing communications in both corporate and consulting environments to Tango Group. Previously, she was the principal of independent marketing consultancy One-to-One Strategies; director of public relations for full-service marketing communications agency Marketing Strategies, Inc.; vice president of marketing for data security start-up Seven Locks Software; account executive for public relations firm Creamer Dickson Basford; and marketing communications manager for network services provider, Infonet Services Corp.

In addition to the company formation, Tango Group also unveiled its Web site, www.tango-group.com, which highlights the firm’s range of communications services, from public relations and marketing communications, to business and marketing strategy. Each service area is led by a domain expert with cross-discipline knowledge and experience allowing cost-effective multi-channel marketing programs, with genuine consistency of messaging. Ms. Pacheco will head the business strategy and marketing units. Recently appointed Vice President Sue Vaillancourt, will serve as director of the public relations practice.
